The Pointe West Community Villages

What makes Pointe West different from other local communities? Pointe West is a Traditional Neighborhood Design or “TND” community which is an alternative design concept that integrates housing, work, shopping and recreation into pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods. We call our neighborhoods “Villages” and each of our four Villages at Pointe West features distinctive elements that exemplify the “TND” design concept.
