The Pointe West Community: North Village

As you enter the traditional neighborhood design community of Pointe West, you’ll cross the threshold into North Village, which is home to both commercial and residential elements. Our commercial element, or Main Street, is comprised of two distinct components known at Towne Center and Commerce Pointe.

Towne Center will feature 85,000+/- square feet of planned specialty shoppes, eateries, professional services and apartment living nestled alongside two sparkling lakes and conveniently located in the heart of the community. Complementing the nostalgic charm of Village Pointe and showcased along State Road 60, Commerce Pointe will feature up to 112,000+ square feet of high-visibility office and medical space. 

North Village is also home to the retirement campus of The Lakes at Pointe West and the assisted living/memory care center of The Arbors. Other distinctive features of North Village include charming lakeside Townhomes which overlook our signature gazebo, Towne Center and our 14-acre Event Field where a variety of community events are hosted throughout the year.
