The Pointe West Community:
East Village

Surrounded by the picturesque back nine of The Club at Pointe West, East Village is the final residential phase of the Pointe West community. The design of East Village builds upon the success of the South Village but has been finely tuned to create a more balanced blend of park-side and golf course vista home sites. In addition, the size of the interior home sites has been enlarged to allow for more open space between the homes assuring a greater sense of privacy. As with each of our residential Villages at Pointe West, East Village features its own lake, pool and cabana facility.
