Pointe West, P&S Properties and Proctor Construction wish to share their excitement as they proudly announce the groundbreaking of the very first commercial building to be constructed within the Pointe West Community. 
The history-making event took place on Wednesday, July 23^rd under a tent placed on the construction site in Commerce Pointe.  Commerce Pointe is located on the east side of Pointe West Drive at the SR 60 entrance to Pointe West.  Several local dignitaries and representatives from  Indian River
Medical Center were among the distinguished guests in attendance.  
The Pointe West Medical Suites are scheduled to open in the Spring of 2009. 
Available medical use space ranges from 1,500-14,000 square feet.
